Case Manager

AIDS Care Ocean State is looking for the right people to work with our community-based case management program. We provide intensive case management and support to help our clients thrive.

The ideal case manager will be professional, self-motivated, non-judgemental and committed to addressing issues of justice and equity for clients facing multiple challenges. We are the largest provider of HIV case management in the state and have a long history of helping our clients overcome barriers and achieve their goals.

Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Preferred qualifications include a degree in a human services profession, experience working with clients in the community, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of the people you work with.

The agency is open M-F 8:30-4:30. No evening or weekend hours required. We provide a comprehensive leave and benefits package that includes health, dental and vision coverage.
