The Case Manager is responsible for managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution or escalation to litigation. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth case progression, timely communication, and thorough documentation. The Case Manager works closely with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to gather necessary information, support claim development, and maximize case value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement or escalation to litigation
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout the case lifecycle
  • Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation
  • Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients with provider scheduling when needed
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding liability, coverage, and claim status
  • Draft demand packages and assist attorneys in case valuation and negotiation strategy
  • Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely progression of all matters
  • Document all case activity accurately in the case management system
  • Identify issues that may impact case value or liability and escalate appropriately
  • Support settlement negotiations and assist with disbursement processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
