Case Manager

EA Family Services (formerly Environmental Alternatives) is seeking a full-time Case Manager for our Transitional Housing Plus Foster Care (THP+FC) program for young adults ages 18-21 in our Sacramento office. BA/BS degree in social work or related field required. EA is seeking team players who are highly motivated and passionate about working with young adults. Excellent communication skills are a must.
