Locations:  Brooklyn AND Bronx, NY
Schedule:  Full-time (9 AM - 5 PM)
Pay:  $26.00 $27.00/hr

Join our team and support individuals and families in shelters. Help clients secure housing, jobs, and essential services while providing advocacy and emotional support.

What You’ll Do:

Assess client needs & create action plans
Connect clients to housing, employment & social services
Keep accurate records & collaborate with staff

What We’re Looking For:

Degree:  Bachelor’s required
Experience:  1-3 years in case management or social services
Skills:  Strong communication, problem-solving & crisis intervention
Knowledge:  Trauma-informed care, harm reduction & housing-first principles
