Place a child(ren) into a foster home or other substitute living arrangement.<ul><li>Make recommendations to the LCPAA regarding verifications, placements, matching,</li></ul>referrals, denials, and closures and corrective action plans of foster homes.<ul><li>Prepare and develop child admission assessments, intakes, and service plans and</li></ul>quarterly supervisory visits for review and approval by LCPAA.<ul><li>Work with Treatment Team to develop child's service plan.</li><li>Monitor the foster homes according to the HHSC Residential Child Care Regulation</li></ul>Minimum Standards.<ul><li>Meet with the foster parents and each child in private at least once a month to ensure</li></ul>appropriate placement to meet needs.<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of contacts with the child and the foster family.</li><li>Collect all foster parent monthly documentation and review for accuracy.</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
