CASE MANAGER

Overview

The Chapter 13 Trustee is seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and highly organized individual to assist with the administration of Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases for the District of Alaska. Work from home with flexible hours. The position is remote, however, it is necessary that applicants live within the Eagle River/Anchorage area. The right candidate will have professional or legal office experience and will be proficient with most office computer programs. They must also have strong math skills and be extremely detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

* Bankruptcy case management and support, including legal document preparation and filing documents through the electronic court filing system.

* Mail collection and daily deposit of client funds.

* Monthly distribution of funds to creditors.

* Office correspondence and assistance to clients.

* Communication with attorneys and court staff.

* Attend Court proceedings and professional meetings.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
