Case Manager

Join us in ensuring people experiencing homelessness have a pathway off the streets!

The Case Manager works directly with participants to obtain/maintain stabilized permanent housing and to develop an individualized stability plan. The emphasis is on meeting individuals “where they are at” and providing non-judgmental, non-coercive services and resources to individuals with a focus on housing stabilization. This position works onsite and collaborates closely with staff, volunteers, and service providers.

Pay: $33.65 per hour
