Job Title: Client Advocate/Case Manager - Join Our Compassionate Team!

Location: Remote (Pacific Standard Time - California Hours)

Salary: $35+ per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description:

As a Client Advocate/Case Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients and our legal team. Your primary goal will be to ensure our clients receive the support and information they need throughout their legal journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.
  • Keeping clients informed about the status of their cases.
  • Answering client inquiries with patience and empathy.
  • Coordinating with our legal team and medlegal partners to ensure smooth case progression.
  • Collaborating with attorneys to develop personalized case strategies.
  • Empathizing with clients to understand their unique needs and concerns.
  • Communicate with insurance companies
