My Net RN is a nurse-led, women-owned nurse case management company supporting workers’ compensation, disability (short and long term), catastrophic cases, and private clients. We pride ourselves on fast communication, efficient coordination, and making a real impact on every referral.

We are growing and expanding our network of Nurse Case Managers and are actively looking for nurses who want something different.

This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor (1099) role, with openings in Florida, Colorado, and additional locations nationwide.

Depending on the assignment, this role may include:

• Field case management: attending in-person medical appointments
• Catastrophic case management: supporting complex, high-acuity cases through coordination and oversight

No prior case management experience? That’s okay. We can teach you. We provide training and support for nurses who are motivated, organized, and ready to transition into a new specialty.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Interest in transitioning from bedside or expanding your nursing career
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and stay accountable
• Comfortable with electronic communication and documentation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools

Preferred (but not required)

• CCM certification
• Workers’ compensation or disability experience
• Catastrophic case management exposure

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
