Position Overview

We are seeking a Case Manager & Outreach Liaison to join our ambitious and growing team.

This is a hybrid role combining client-facing case management with community outreach and relationship building. You’ll work directly with our legal team while also representing the firm at events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

What You’ll DoCase Management Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients regarding their personal injury claims
  • Coordinate medical records, bills, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate case files and updates in our system
  • Assist attorneys with case progression and client communication
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism and efficiency

Outreach & Liaison Responsibilities

  • Attend marketing events, networking opportunities, and community meetups
  • Join the lead attorney for meet-and-greets, introductory lunches, and relationship-building efforts
  • Help establish and maintain referral partnerships (chiropractors, clinics, local businesses, etc.)
  • Represent the firm in a confident, professional, and personable manner

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (required)
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  • Outgoing personality and comfortable interacting with new people
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the firm - receptive to feedback/criticism
  • High school diploma or GED (required)

What Sets You Apart / Bonus Attributes

  • Experience in personal injury or legal settings (preferred, not required)
  • Medical education and or training
  • Insurance claims experience
  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • A “no excuses” work ethic
