Position Summary:
We are seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and case support to our Case Managers, ensuring smooth case progression and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Case Managers with daily case tasks, including file organization, data entry, and document management.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies as directed.
- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and maintain case calendars.
- Prepare and send correspondence, letters, and reports.
- Track medical records, bills, and other case-related documents.
- Support Case Managers with special projects and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Previous experience in a law office, personal injury, or medical billing is a plus.
- Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor.
