Summary
We seek a driven and detail-oriented
Case Manager
with strong legal and administrative acumen to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a legal background and a passion for delivering world-class case management services. This role involves managing a diverse caseload under both statutory jurisdiction and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration and mediation. The case manager will be responsible for ensuring procedural compliance, engaging with stakeholders, and overseeing the seamless administration of cases from initiation to closure.
Accountabilities:

Manage and supervise the proceedings of Section I (Statutory Jurisdiction) and Section II (Arbitration and Mediation).

Provide guidance and respond to inquiries from stakeholders regarding legal jurisdiction, procedures, and services.

Administer cases within defined timelines, ensuring all procedural steps are followed and documented.

File and initiate cases under Section I and Section II, and determine the applicable fees.

Oversee the notification of parties and relevant regulatory bodies in applicable cases under Section I, and ensure the validity of notifications.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule hearings, manage deadlines, and prepare for tribunal processes.

Facilitate the tribunal appointment process under Section II.

Draft case summaries, reports, and correspondence, and act as the primary liaison for assigned cases.

Serve as tribunal secretary in Section I and Section II as required.

Maintain detailed case records and manage filing systems in line with organizational protocols.

Represent the Chamber in conferences and meetings, as delegated.

Ensure fees are assessed and processed in accordance with institutional rules and case-specific requirements.

Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, ICT, HR, and Admin to support case delivery.
Qualification Requirements:

Law degree (LLB or equivalent).

Minimum 1–3 years of legal practice or experience in arbitration/dispute resolution.

Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Strong understanding of legal documentation and procedures.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Strong IT skills and comfort using digital systems.

Discreet, emotionally mature, and dependable.
