The Case Manager - Case Coordinator is the operational heartbeat of our cases. You’ll manage the flow of information between clients, attorneys, and our internal team, ensuring every detail is handled accurately and on time—while honoring the emotional weight of what our clients are going through. You would be running quotes, creating documents, and moving a case along.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Case Coordination & Workflow

Support & manage case files from intake through completion, ensuring all steps are tracked, and deadlines are met from intake, documentation, & follow up

Support fellow case managers & case coordinators.

Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and external partners to gather documents and information

Prepare, review, and organize case-related paperwork with a high level of accuracy

Track case status, follow up proactively, and keep the team informed of next steps

Run quotes and proposals
Client & Attorney Communication

Serve as a professional, compassionate point of contact for clients and their families

Communicate with plaintiff attorneys and their staff to obtain information, clarify details, and move cases forward

Provide clear, timely updates to clients and attorneys about where things stand and what’s needed next
Administrative & Detail Management

Maintain accurate digital records and case notes in our systems

Double-check data, forms, and documents for completeness and accuracy

Support the preparation of quotes, proposals, summaries, and other client-facing materials

Assist with scheduling calls, meetings, and deadlines related to each case

Experience & Qualifications

Prior experience in legal, financial, or professional services environments is a plus

Experience in case management, coordination, or high-volume admin support is strongly preferred

Highly comfortable working with technology, digital files, and multiple software tools - we are paperless - you must be a wiz around technology - we are with AI, and you must be comfortable and excited about it

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
