Case Manager/ Community Based Rehabilitation Specialist - Upcoming Opening (May 2026)

SCC has an upcoming opening for a Community-Based Rehabilitation Specialist / Case Manager position, working with adults, teens, and children experiencing behavioral health challenges in the community. This position will begin in May 2026.

If you are graduating in May 2026, this could be a great opportunity for you! We are happy to interview candidates prior to graduation; however, applicants must have their degree conferred before starting the position.

Must have a bachelor's degree, be dependable, be capable of handling a diverse load of clients with a variety of needs and behaviors, be fun, be able to pass a criminal background check, and have reliable transportation.
