Case Manager Domestic and Sexual Violence Program

Are you passionate about supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence and making a meaningful difference in your community? We’re seeking a dedicated, compassionate Victim Advocate to join our team and provide critical, trauma-informed services to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide victim-centered, trauma-informed case management to survivors and their families
  • Assist clients in locating and securing safe, stable housing
  • Offer emotional support, crisis intervention, and safety planning
  • Respond to domestic violence and PREA hotline calls, providing support and referrals
  • Support clients with life skills development
  • Connect clients to community resources and supportive services
  • Foster a workplace culture rooted in inclusion, respect, and belonging

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence or similar populations
  • Valid, clean New York State driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
