ILS Facilitator
Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Starting Pay: $29.00–$31.00/hour | Growth up to $39.00/hour

What You’ll Do

As an ILS Facilitator, you’ll:

• Lead and mentor a small team of Life Coaches
• Support clients one-on-one to build independence
• Oversee service plans and ensure quality support
• Partner with families, regional centers, and internal teams

This is a hybrid role—split between office work, client support in the field, and collaborative meetings.

Required: Bachelor’s degree
Required: Valid CA driver's license, reliable vehicle with insurance, fingerprint clearance, drug screening
