Join Our Team: Hiring Case Manager for Survivor Teen Girls in Residential Care Setting. Trauma-informed care experience a plus. Must possess a CWCM - Certified Child Welfare Case Manager.
Weekdays: Mon - Friday 9am-5pm

The Safe Home Experience: Our therapeutic campus is a nurturing space for recovery, offering continuous trauma-informed care, therapeutic activities, and unwavering support. Each girl has her own bedroom and bathroom.
Your Role as a Case Manager: Caseloads of 12-24 participants. Coordinate and facilitate communication and goal setting with each participant's Multi-Disciplinary Team, which may include the Department of Children and Families Case Manager, Juvenile Probation Officer, Child Protective Investigator, Public Defender, Court/Judge, State Attorney, Guardian ad Litem, Attorney ad Litem, Survivor Mentors, and family or future foster/adoptive family, among others. The Case Manager works closely with program participants, providing trauma-informed support services, behavioral management, and de-escalation strategies. In times of crisis, the Case Manager offers intervention as needed, ensuring a stable environment. Additionally, they provide transportation, advocate for participants, and collaborate to help each individual achieve her personal goals.
