Our agency is seeking a compassionate, organized, and mission-driven professional to serve as a Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Case Manager under the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs SSVF program.
This position provides housing stability and supportive services to very low-income Veterans and their families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Position Summary
The SSVF Case Manager provides intensive case management and supportive services designed to promote long-term housing stability. Services include assessment, housing navigation, service coordination, and connection to community resources.

Qualifications
A minimum degree required is an Associate’s Degree Human Services or a BA in Social Work or related field of study.
