Pay: $18 – $26 per hour + Weekly Bonus/Incentives + Commission

We’re looking for a Case Manager with a strong sales background who is confident, persuasive, and compassionate. In this role, you aren't just managing files—you are the primary advocate helping patients commit to their care plans. You will blend clinical coordination with consultative sales to ensure patients choose the best path for their long-term recovery.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to present personalized care plans recommended by our providers
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to help patients understand the value of their treatment
• Confidently handle objections and address concerns regarding care, timing, and finances
• Manage the patient onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into active care
• Track patient compliance and follow up with those who have paused their treatment
• Coordinate with the medical and billing teams to ensure all care plans are financially viable
• Act as the main point of contact for patient questions regarding their journey at Wellness Docs
• Drive clinic growth by hitting conversion targets and maintaining high patient retention

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative sales, or high-ticket retail required
• Previous experience in healthcare case management or patient coordination is a major plus
• Exceptional closing skills and the ability to discuss financial commitments comfortably
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a pipeline of multiple patients
• Passion for health, wellness, and functional medicine
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed performance goals
