CASE MANAGER / GROUP COUNSELOR

Overview
Empower Recovery Group is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Case Manager / Group Counselor to join our growing team! If you are passionate about helping individuals overcome substance use and mental health challenges while making a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating therapeutic group counseling sessions
• ✔ Providing case management and care coordination
• ✔ Assisting clients with resources, referrals, and treatment planning
• ✔ Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
• ✔ Supporting clients in achieving recovery and wellness goals
• ✔ Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Qualifications Preferred:
• ✅ CDCA, LCDC II, LCDC III, LSW, LPC, or related credential preferred
• ✅ Experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment is a plus
• ✅ Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• ✅ Passion for helping others and belief in recovery

Pay: $20.00 - $29.66 per hour
