In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will:

• Determine and verify participant eligibility for the Project Based Voucher Program
• Conduct annual and interim recertifications, including income and household changes
• Calculate tenant rent portions and Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) in accordance with HUD regulations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with participants and landlords
• Review documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
• Maintain accurate case files and uphold HUD and agency standards
• Respond to inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and urgency
• Collaborate with team members to ensure program integrity and efficiency

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and apply federal regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
• Comfort working with numbers, calculations, and case management systems
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Has the ability to work and make decisions independently
• Prior housing, social services, or administrative experience is helpful—but not required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
