Case Managers play a key role in supporting residents as they navigate challenges, strengthen life skills, and maintain housing, with guidance and support from an experienced team.
The Role
As a Case Manager I, you play a key role in supporting individuals and families living in permanent supportive housing. The work centers on building meaningful relationships, helping clients identify and move toward personal goals, and connecting them with resources that support long-term housing stability.
In partnership with a multidisciplinary team, this role includes assessing client needs, developing individualized service plans, and providing ongoing guidance and advocacy, with support and direction from supervisors and experienced team members. It is a great opportunity for someone early in their case management career who is compassionate, organized, and committed to making a direct impact in the lives of others.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, typically 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday. Work hours may vary slightly based on client needs, housing appointments, or program requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The anticipated starting pay range for this role is $22.00 to $25.30 per hour.
