About Health Support Services

Health Support Services is a leading Medical Lien Funding Company working closely with personal injury attorneys, healthcare providers, and patients. Our mission is to ensure timely access to medical care following an accident while managing medical liens with precision, transparency, and integrity.

As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and driven Case Manager to help oversee and coordinate personal injury cases from intake through settlement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal injury lien cases from intake through settlement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between attorneys, medical providers, patients, and internal teams.
  • Track case progress and ensure lien documentation, agreements, and authorizations are accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate medical record requests, billing submissions, and case updates.
  • Review, maintain, and reconcile lien balances in alignment with case activity.
  • Provide timely and professional case status updates to attorneys and providers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in personal injury, medical lien funding, or legal case management strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of PI case workflows, medical liens, and attorney/provider coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Familiarity with legal and medical documentation processes is a plus.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
