The Work:

Help individuals who've experienced homelessness build stability and independence. You'll support participant-led goals, provide case management, and truly change lives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a comparable human service field or at least five years of direct care experience in human services.
• Knowledge of entitlements and social services; experience with our targeted population preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance required.
