What You’ll Do

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Review and organize medical records and billing
• Assist attorneys with case development and settlement preparation
• Track deadlines and keep cases moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of legal and/or insurance experience (auto insurance strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (auto and health)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Compensation & Benefits

• $32.00 – $36.00 per hour (based on experience)
