Case Manager-Personal Injury

We are an established personal injury law firm looking for a case manager to join our team.

POSITION:

Full-time experienced Case Manager. PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

This is NOT a remote position.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT CONSIDER YOUR RESUME IF YOU HAVE NO PRIOR PERSONAL INJURY CASE MANAGER EXPERIENCE.

It is imperative the applicant be able to multi-task and have excellent client communication, customer service skills and management/supervision skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing as well as supervising case manager assistants to ensure that including but not limited to the following tasks are completed in a correct and efficient timely manner:

Handling Personal injury Pre-Litigation claims from A-Z, including, but not limited to:

-Initial client contact, Intakes

- Sending letters of representation

-Medical records request

-Obtaining Police Reports/Relevant Evidence

-Resolving PD and loss of use

-Scheduling medical appointments and monitoring medical treatments

- Confirming and obtaining medical records/bills

-Reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution

-Preparing files for demand

-Negotiation of injury claims

- Continuing on into the litigation phase to further assistance in scheduling Medical Appointments and monitoring of medical treatments

(PLEASE NOTE: Case Manager Assistants will assist you with the above listed tasks)

PRIOR EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED
