We represent clients throughout California in car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, wrongful death, slip and fall cases, and more.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in Glendale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a respected law firm that truly values client service and teamwork.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of personal injury case management experience
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and stay organized
• Experience communicating with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and clients
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and positive attitude
• Experience with case management software preferred (CasePeer experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment and case updates
• Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients throughout the claims process
• Request and organize medical records and billing
• Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters
• Assist attorneys with settlement packages and case preparation
• Maintain accurate case notes and updates in the case management system
• Ensure clients receive exceptional service and communication throughout their case
