As a Case Manager, you will advocate for injured clients while helping ease their concerns during a difficult time by managing their cases and maintaining clear, compassionate communication throughout the pre-litigation process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases, focusing on treatment coordination, property damage matters, and claim development
- Track and summarize medical records to evaluate injuries, treatment, and potential case value
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding medical treatment, injuries, and case progress
- Coordinate and schedule medical appointments with providers as needed
- Support the property damage aspect of claims, including coordination with insurance carriers
- Confirm insurance coverage, policy limits, and liability information
- Prepare and organize case files and supporting documentation for settlement demands
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely case notes within the case management system
- Provide regular case status updates to clients to ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient and effective case handling
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and deadlines throughout the life of the case
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury medical treatment, including surgeries, injections, physical therapy, and diagnostic procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize a heavy caseload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury case management

Pay: $73,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
