Case Manager - Personal Injury (Spanish)

As a Case Manager, you will advocate for injured clients while helping ease their concerns during a difficult time by managing their cases and maintaining clear, compassionate communication throughout the pre-litigation process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases, focusing on treatment coordination, property damage matters, and claim development
• Track and summarize medical records to evaluate injuries, treatment, and potential case value
• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding medical treatment, injuries, and case progress
• Coordinate and schedule medical appointments with providers as needed
• Support the property damage aspect of claims, including coordination with insurance carriers
• Confirm insurance coverage, policy limits, and liability information
• Prepare and organize case files and supporting documentation for settlement demands
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely case notes within the case management system
• Provide regular case status updates to clients to ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient and effective case handling
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and deadlines throughout the life of the case

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury medical treatment, including surgeries, injections, physical therapy, and diagnostic procedures
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize a heavy caseload
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury case management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
