POSITION OVERVIEW:
Case Manager / Recovery Coach (Full-Time)
Do you want to do work that actually changes lives - not just manage cases?
At Williamsburg House, we’re redefining what sober living and recovery aftercare can look like.
We are a comprehensive residential recovery program supporting individuals navigating substance use and mental health recovery—bridging the critical gap between treatment and independent living through structure, accountability, and deep collaboration with clinical providers.
As a Case Manager, you won’t be sitting behind a desk checking boxes. You’ll be at the center of recovery—building real relationships with clients, helping them navigate challenges in real time, and working alongside families and clinicians to support meaningful, lasting change.
This role blends case management, recovery coaching, and care coordination into a hands-on, human-centered position. You’ll guide clients through early recovery, help remove obstacles, create structure, and hold them accountable to their goals—all while being part of a highly collaborative, mission-driven team.
The ideal candidate is energized by working closely with clients and their teams, and is comfortable building trust while also holding clear boundaries and expectations. You don’t shy away from hard conversations, and you take pride in being reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented.

If you’re looking for work that is both challenging and deeply rewarding, this is the kind of role that can be truly fulfilling.
