We are seeking a high-performing Case Manager / Sales Specialist with a proven track record of closing high-ticket programs and guiding clients through transformational health journeys.

About the Role

This is not an order-taker position. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role where you will connect with patients, understand their health challenges, and confidently guide them into comprehensive care plans that can truly change their lives.

You will be the bridge between patient need and clinical solution.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective patients
• Educate clients on integrative and functional medicine care plans
• Confidently present and close large case packages
• Build trust through empathy, professionalism, and strong communication
• Follow up with leads and maintain a high conversion rate
• Collaborate closely with medical providers and team members
• Maintain detailed and organized patient/sales records

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in high-ticket sales (healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a medical, wellness, or service-based sales environment is a plus
• Ability to handle objections and guide patients to confident decisions
• Organized and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
