Case Manager / Scheduler – Court Ordered Family Services

Role’s Purpose:

To coordinate and maintain the scheduling, documentation, and case management of all Group and Private Coparenting Classes, Private Parenting Classes, Therapy, Reunification/Reconciliation, and Supervised and Therapeutic Supervised Visitations.

Role Description: Part-Time with Rapid Growth Opportunity to Full-Time

Our growing company is looking for a highly organized, motivated, and compassionate professional to join our team as a Case Manager / Scheduler for court-ordered family services. This is a fast-paced, rewarding position working with families involved in Dependency and Family Court matters, including high-conflict cases involving abuse, neglect, reunification, and co-parenting concerns.

We are seeking a true “go-getter” who thrives under pressure, thinks quickly on their feet, communicates professionally, and genuinely enjoys helping people while maintaining strong boundaries and organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating supervised visitation services
  • Case Management for therapy, parenting/coparenting classes, and supervised visitations.
  • Communicating with clients, attorneys, therapists, supervisors, and court professionals
  • Assisting with case management and client intake
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Handling high-volume calls, emails, scheduling changes, and urgent matters
  • Working collaboratively with a team in a fast-moving environment
  • Supporting clients navigating difficult family and court-related situations

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Must have 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft software including One Drive
  • Must have experience with coordinating / scheduling activities and people
  • Must have relationship management experience
  • Must be detail oriented and work well under pressure
  • Must have good communication and writing skills
  • Degree in Social Work, Therapy, or Business-related field (prefferred, not a must)
  • Experience working in the field of social work, therapy, medical or other related field
  • Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
