ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate and motivated Case Manager to join our team at Beacon Recovery House , a 20-bed substance addiction recovery program in Greenfield. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a structured, supportive sober living environment where residents are empowered to build fulfilling, independent lives.

What You’ll Do:

As a Case Manager, you’ll work closely with residents to provide individualized support and guidance as they navigate their recovery. You will:

• Foster a safe, drug-free, and recovery-oriented environment.
• Support residents in setting and achieving recovery goals.
• Coordinate care and connect residents with social, medical, vocational, and community resources.
• Document services and track participant progress through timely, objective case notes.
• Assist with intake screenings and collaborate with referral sources.
• Provide hands-on support for appointments, benefits coordination, and goal planning.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; some college in human services or a related field preferred.
• LADC or CADAC certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in substance addiction recovery services.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
• Familiarity with community-based resources and social services.
• Calm, steady presence with a solution-oriented mindset.
