Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of tax resolution clients from onboarding through completion
• Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates and setting expectations
• Collaborate with enrolled agents and internal departments to advance cases
• Maintain organization in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Achieve monthly resolution goals while delivering excellent client service

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in tax resolution case management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in CRM systems and technology-driven workflows
• A dependable team player who brings professionalism, confidence, and accountability

Position Details

• Location: Irvine, CA (in-office only)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + performance bonuses
