Case Manager – Tax Resolution

We are looking for a highly organized and client focused Case Manager to help guide clients from onboarding through resolution.
Responsibilities
- Manage client files from onboarding through case completion
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, Tax Pros, IRS processes, and internal departments
- Conduct Welcome Calls and Review of Records (ROR) calls
- Gather and review required resolution documents including 433-F, income verification, and bank statements
- Track client progress inside CRM and maintain detailed case notes
- Follow up with clients on pending items and keep files moving forward
- Identify urgent IRS notices such as levies, garnishments, Revenue Officer cases, and CDP deadlines
- Coordinate with Tax Professionals for resolution strategy and next steps
- Ensure proper status management and task completion inside Logics CRM
Preferred Experience
- Tax relief, tax resolution, or IRS collections experience preferred
- Case management, legal case handling, mortgage, or financial services background
- Familiarity with IRS programs such as OIC, CNC, IA, and Penalty Abatement
- Experience with Logics CRM or Salesforce is a plus

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
