Case Manager/Intake Specialist

Our law firm is a personal injury law firm experiencing incredible growth. We are seeking a experienced  Case Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to secure case evidence and ensure the case is progressing appropriately.
• Document all activity and communication.
• Review police reports, property damage, photos medical records, and bills.
• Review files with attorneys to determine the best action plan for each. case.
• Be an empathetic resource for our clients.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Self starter who can work with little supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Efficient and effective with overall time management
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Professional in their appearance and behavior
• Able to work both independently and in a team setting

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
