We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-litigation Case Manager/Legal Assistant to join our highly skilled legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to Attorneys in personal injury cases, from inception to resolution.
Job Responsibilities
- Open files, analyze and organize documents.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, paralegals, insurance adjusters, lien holders, and medical providers.
- Organize both hard copy client files and electronic files in our form management software, Clio.
- Request medical records and billing throigh our third party vendor, Rayna.
- Draft and send letters of representation to insurance companies.
- Send demand brochures and other important documentation to insurance companies and adjusters.
- Self motivated.
- Adaptable to quickly changing circumstances in cases.
- You must maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
- You must be willing to fight hard battles for our clients against large companies while maintaining a positive attitude and outlook.

- Clio Case Management Software or similar understanding of Personal Injury Case Management Software systems.
- must be proficient in typing.

- Must be excellent with multitasking.
- Must be experienced in negotiations in personal injury cases.
- Must have 2 years experience as a case manager in the field of personal injury law.

Pay: $21.00 hourly - 25.00 hourly, with team bonus incentives.
