Case Manager/Paralegal

We are a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm handling automobile-accident cases throughout Arkansas. We are seeking a self-motivated Case Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing client files from intake through resolution, with a primary focus on motor-vehicle collision cases. This role requires regular communication with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers, as well as careful organization and evaluation of case materials.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role (including experience as an insurance adjuster) or possess an associate or bachelor’s degree. Strong computer skills, excellent organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients throughout the life of the case
• Organize and assist in the evaluation of medical records, including the use of AI-based tools
• Collaborate closely with managing attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and internal staff
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance company adjusters
• Identify issues, challenges, and opportunities within assigned cases
• Analyze case information and strategy with the managing attorney
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the firm and case progression

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
