A growing Personal Injury law firm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for new clients and play a key role in opening new cases and gathering essential information for the attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Conduct detailed intake interviews with potential clients to evaluate case eligibility.
• Accurately gather, document, and enter client information into the case management system.
• Assist attorneys in opening new cases and preparing relevant documentation.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure clarity and support throughout the intake process.
• Schedule consultations, follow up on inquiries, and provide updates as needed.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure smooth case onboarding.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion when speaking with individuals experiencing trauma or stress.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in personal injury law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
