Company Overview:

Millennium Advisory Services is a trusted immigration and visa consultancy firm based in Dubai, offering services for work permits, permanent residency, study abroad, dual citizenship, and Golden Visa programs. We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Case Processing Officer to join our immigration operations team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end processing of immigration, visa, and residency applications.
• Verify and review client documents to ensure compliance with embassy and immigration authority requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and update progress in the internal system.
• Coordinate with clients for missing or additional documentation.
• Communicate with visa offices, embassies, or authorized partners when required.
• Track application status and provide timely updates to clients and management.
• Support the sales and customer service teams with process-related clarifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration case processing or documentation (preferred).
• Strong understanding of visa categories such as work permits, PR, and student visas.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and written English skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
