Caseworker

Position: In-Home Caseworker / Social Worker
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to work with families involved with Schuylkill County Children and Youth Services. In this role, you will provide support, guidance, and counseling to families in need, helping them overcome challenges and access resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home support and counseling to families
• Assess family needs and connect them with appropriate community resources
• Provide counseling and guidance to strengthen family dynamics
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with agency partners

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a associate’s degree
• Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in writing and computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Flexible schedule with some early evening hours
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
