Caseworker

CASEWORKER:

Adams County Children Services will be accepting applications for a Caseworker.

This position will be responsible for providing casework services to children and families, preparing reports, taking on call rotation, investigating reports of child abuse and/or neglect when necessary, and completing other related work as required. Out of county travel will be required with this position. Job classification, requirements and salary per Union Contract. A complete job description is available in the front office.

Applicants must be 21 years of age, have a valid Ohio driver’s license and insurance, must pass a criminal background check, child abuse/neglect registry search, drug screen and physical. Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in human service related studies and at least one (1) year experience in child welfare.
