Caseworker

Conducts investigations for the purpose of establishing, enforcing and modifying child support orders. Prepares cases for Court action. Maintains case files, monitors existing support orders, advises clients as to the services available by the CSEA, its regulations, policies and rights. Initiates and investigates all possible leads for the purpose of locating absent parents to secure support. Completes, reviews, and examines all case documents to assure that all necessary information has been obtained and processed. Performs other duties as assigned.
