Caseworker / Skip Tracer

We’re a well-established auto repossession company seeking a confident, driven Caseworker / Skip Tracer who thrives on solving puzzles through data, research, and creative problem-solving. Prior experience in the repossession or skip tracing field is a plus, but not required. We will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. If you have strong business experience and a positive, upbeat attitude, this is an excellent opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Use premium databases, public records, social media to locate individuals and assets (full training provided) by analyzing information, identifying patterns to resolve cases efficiently.
• Summarize and filter data from our internal database into Excel reports, then analyze it to identify accounts needing updates, spot trends, detect inconsistencies, and recommend next steps.
• Partner closely with recovery agents to drive successful case outcomes.
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email, providing timely updates and addressing questions.
• Remain flexible and ready to pitch in and assist team members as needs arise in our collaborative office environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional business experience (sales, customer service, operations, research, data analysis, or similar).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including importing CSV files, sorting, filtering, subtotaling, and basic data manipulation.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven, go-getter attitude.
• Strong phone and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• A continuous improvement mindset by always looking for ways to enhance processes and results.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate and support others.
