The COMPASS School is seeking a caseworker/child worker to work as part of a team to support students in and out of the classroom, maintain communication with outside service providers and families, provide non-violent crisis prevention which includes physical restraints, and work as a vital member of each student's treatment team. The students of COMPASS have emotional/behavioral disorders, along with specific learning disabilities. Students range in age from 6-21 years of age.
The salary range listed is for the 10 month school year, the 6 week summer program and driving responsibilities all together.

Our services include: education, crisis intervention, diagnostics, outreach, advocacy, vocational preparation, enrichment activities, emergency resources, and individual and family support services.
