Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash operations, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision.
• Monitor and detect potential fraud activities through vigilant analysis of cash transactions and patterns.
• Ensure compliance with securities law, GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), and other regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile cash accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records and support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with banking partners to facilitate cash flow and banking transactions efficiently.
• Utilize financial software for transaction processing, reporting, and analysis to support financial decision-making.
• Assist in preparing regulatory reports and conducting financial analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.

Experience

• Proven experience in cash management, banking operations, or related financial services roles.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as securities law, GAAP, governmental accounting, and regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques and detection methods within financial transactions.
• Background in public accounting or investment management is advantageous.
• Proficiency with financial software systems and technical accounting practices is essential.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance standards and corporate accounting procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role.
