Job Title: Cash Office In-Charge

Role Overview

We are seeking a Cash Office In-Charge to manage daily cash office operations, ensure accurate reconciliation, and maintain compliance with company financial controls and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash collection, counting, and reconciliation
  • Reconcile POS sales with cash, card, and digital payment reports
  • Monitor shortages/overages and report discrepancies
  • Prepare daily cash, sales, and variance reports
  • Ensure safe custody of cash, petty cash, and documents
  • Coordinate with banks for cash deposits
  • Supervise cash office staff and support cashiers
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong cash handling and POS reconciliation knowledge
  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good reporting and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years experience in cash office or retail finance roles
  • Hypermarket/supermarket experience is an advantage
