Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service at the cash register, handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves and ensure that products are displayed neatly and attractively.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stock.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory control and tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, storage areas, and checkout stations.
• Engage in merchandising efforts to promote sales of produce and other grocery items.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or liquor store setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective inventory control.
• Ability to perform lifting as required by the job duties.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in pricing, discounts, and transactions.
• A proactive approach to cleaning, stocking, packaging, shipping & receiving tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
