We're currently searching for a motivated individual to join our front-of-house team and help us maintain the welcoming atmosphere our customers have come to love.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable Part-Time Cashier to manage the front counter during our busy morning hours. In this role, you will interact directly with our guests, process transactions efficiently, and ensure the dining area and product displays are always guest-ready. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a knack for making people feel welcome, we want to hear from you.

Schedule:

• Weekdays (Monday - Friday): Shift begins at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM.
• Weekends (Saturday - Sunday): Shift begins at 8:00 AM.
• Shift lengths are flexible and typically range from 4 to 6 hours based on morning traffic and coverage needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome every guest promptly and create a positive first impression.
• Manage point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist customers in selecting items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Maintain appealing presentation of donut cases and pastry displays throughout the shift.
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to order.
• Uphold cleanliness standards by wiping down counters, sweeping floors, and tidying the seating area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure product availability.
• Handle phone calls and prepare orders for pickup.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality with a genuine desire to serve others.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential, especially for early morning shifts.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments correctly.
• Capable of standing and moving comfortably for several hours at a time.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (supplies, ingredient boxes, etc.).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
