Position Summary

The Cashier / Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while processing transactions quickly and accurately. This role supports daily store operations including operating the POS register , stocking merchandise, maintaining clean store areas, and assisting customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient  customer service to all guests


• Process transactions using a computerized  POS system


• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately

• Maintain clean and well-stocked  retail and beverage areas


• Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays


• Follow company procedures for  food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in food service areas


• Support team members to ensure smooth store operations

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cashier, Retail Associate, or Customer Service Representative preferred


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Basic math and cash handling ability


• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or convenience store environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Part-time positions with opportunity to grow


• In-person role


• Shifts include early morning, midday, night and overnight. Weekends and holidays 


• Ability to stand for up to  8 hours per shift


• Ability to lift  35–50 pounds


• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching
