Duties

• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process customer transactions accurately and swiftly.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and active listening capabilities.
• Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling, balancing registers, and sales calculations.
• Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately under pressure.
